Marc Eulerich

(Full-Professor in Corporate Governance and Internal Auditing, University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany)

Dr. Marc Eulerich holds a PhD in Strategic Management (especially Mergers & Acquisitions) from the Technical University of Dortmund. Until 2010 Prof. Eulerich served as a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Strategic Management at the Technical University of Dortmund. From 2011 until 2016 he occupied the position of Assistant Professor in Corporate Governance and Internal Auditing at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Since 2016 Dr. Eulerich is a Full-Professor in Corporate Governance and Internal Auditing at the University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany).

Prof. Eulerich’s sphere of interests refers to internal audit, corporate governance, strategic management, mergers & acquisitions etc.

Marc Eulerich’s research has been published in leading journals such as Accounting Horizons, International Journal of Auditing, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Management Practice, etc. His research findings have been cited more than 1800 times (according to Google Scholar).

Vitor Fernando da Conceição Gonçalves

(Full Professor, ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management, University of Lisbon, Portugal)

Dr. Vitor Fernando da Conceição Gonçalves holds a licenciatura in Management from ISEG-Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão, Technical University of Lisbon, a Ph.D. in Business Administration, from the FCEE, University of Seville, Spain and the title of Agregado in Management by Technical University of Lisbon.

Prof. Vítor da Conceição Gonçalves’s research has been published in international academic journals, industry-oriented books and newspapers. His research findings have been cited nearly 500 times (according to Google Scholar).

Prof. Vítor da Conceição Gonçalves is an experienced lecturer at various levels: undergraduate, post-graduated, master, Ph.D. and Executive Education, both in Portugal and abroad.

Currently he is a Full Professor (since 1994) of Business Administration. He is the President of Advance-Center for Advanced Research in Management. In addition, he is member of the General Council of Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa). Previously Prof. Vítor da Conceição Gonçalves was Vice-Rector of the Technical University of Lisbon and Dean of ISEG.

Besides his academic career he also has a long experience as consultant for many public and private organizations in Portugal and abroad. Prof. Vítor da Conceição Gonçalves has been also a member of the Board of Directors of several listed and unlisted companies.
