This winter an international conference dedicated to the topic of Corporate Governance will be organized by Virtus Global Center for Corporate Governance in cooperation with Roma Tre University, Italy.

The conference will take place at Roma Tre University, Department of Business Studies (Rome, Italy) on February 28, 2019.

Due to the upcoming holiday season, members of the conference organizing committee decided to extend the submission deadline. Thus, you are welcome to submit an extended abstract (or full paper) till January, 15.
